Our Mission

We sell real estate in California and specialize in probate, trust, divorce, foreclosures and short sales. We also help people who represent themselves without an attorney (in pro per). We only charge 4% commission, 2% for the buyer’s broker, and 2% to the listing broker.

It is our goal to help the families sell their home for top dollar, and with ease. We have over 20+ years of experience selling probate, trust, divorce, and distressed homes for families. We have a whole team that can do everything from Estate Sales, Garage Sales, clean out and item donations. We also offer paralegal services. We have many attorneys that will represent you in Court. All you need to do is take what you want and we will do the rest to help you and your family through this difficult process. We work with many families that are out-of-state or out of the Country handling the entire process for them.
